Mikey Faulkner is a second year, who can play in midfield or up front.

Mikey is a positive, forward thinking player that loves to attack to build, create and take goal scoring opportunities for the team by showing a very good range of passing and also creative one-touch play in and around the opposition's penalty area. Mikey He's good communicator on the pitch to demand and want the ball from his team mates in positions when he can receive and maintain the ball when under pressure or in tight spaces. Mikey is a hard working player when the team is out of possession and communicates with other players to organise them and to also press or mark/track oppositions midfield players”.

Mikey Faulkner ;- “I am a new addition to the team after coming in on trial in pre-season. I am enjoying being a Southend United FC Youth team player but my biggest ambition is to try and perform at a level that will get me first team opportunities whether it be training or games but long term I would love to play for the Southend United FC First team and get a professional contract”.
