Cav Miley joined the club in the summer of 2022, signing from fellow Vanarama National League side Eastleigh.

Miley signed for the Spitfires at the age of 22 from Jersey-based club St Pauls, going on to make 178 league appearances and scoring seven goals from the centre of midfield.

Following his move to Essex, Miley immediately established himself in the Blues starting XI upon joining and was named Player of the Year after a magnificent season which saw him appear in every single National League fixture.

The midfielder was also awarded with the Goal of the Season following a fine injury time solo strike against Torquay United.
